Thomas's focuses on new investments, cryptoeconomics, and leading fund operations. He is also an angel investor, board director, and advisor to early-stage technology companies.
He previously co-founded Propeller, an impact-driven coworking space and business incubator in New Orleans and has 15+ years experience across startups and innovation.
Thomas hold a BS in Applied Economics and is an alumnus of the World Economic Forum Global Shapers. In his spare time he designs impractical three-dimensional art.

Shawn is a Co-Founder of Systemic Ventures. He started his career at the boom cycle of search engine marketing at Razorfish where the company and its parent aQuantive was acquired by Microsoft for $6.3bn. His fascination with social and mobile technologies led him to join the #1 creative agency in the world, BBDO New York, in 2011 helping fortune 500 brands level up and expand their Digital Lab. In 2013 he joined VaynerMedia, a pioneer social agency to help increase revenue by 79% in one year. As a champion of AdTech for big brands, he helped to launch and test many of the first ad products in Google Search, Snap, Vine, Instagram, Tumblr and key trends like influencer marketing and programmatic advertising.
In 2014, he helped to create Vayner/RSE, one of the first micro VCs to plant a flag in New York focused on frontier technologies like VR / AR, AI, and blockchain technologies. Their investment in Coinbase led Shawn to join Consensys Mesh to lead their incubator–Labs and investment strategy over the course of seven years.
